Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with AGA, Belfast sink, under mount fridge and freezer. Our kitchen also has a dining table with baby/toddler high chair available to use.

Utility Room All necessary cleaning apparatus including hoover, washing machine and dishwasher.

Formal Dining Room Our formal dining room offers a sense of ‘special occasion’ should you wish to dine outside of the kitchen.

WC Our house WC is small but does the job, basin and loo can be found here and adjacent to the dining room and sitting room.

Sitting Room has a large comfy sofa with armchair to match. We have a large TV with sound bar for those Netflix and chill evenings, you can also find access to Disney Plus, Amazon Prime and Netflix. Wifi router box is located in the sitting room.

First Floor

Master En Suite Our quaint master bedroom offers a cozy night, featuring a comfortable double bed, soft lighting, and a refreshing, well-appointed en suite shower space.

Single Bedroom Our charming single room provides comfort and convenience. This inviting space features a plush, single bed dressed in crisp linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep

Family Bathroom Our beautiful family bathroom, offers easy property access to a full suite of amenities including shower over bath, loo and basin.

Second Floor

Double Rooms (x2) Perched at the top of our abode, our two double rooms are the epitome of comfort and charm. Each room is tastefully furnished with a sumptuous double bed perfect for couples or solo guests seeking extra space. Our warm, welcoming decor create a homely atmosphere, ensuring a delightful stay in the last of our cozy, private rooms.
